InsuredHQ is completely integrated with Xero (www.xero.com), the online accounting system to allow your accounts operations to be streamlined.
InsuredHQ is used to manage all the policies, claims and financials and then pushes the data (through synchronisation) to Xero, in order for bank statements to be reconciled and payments and/or receipts to be matched up and accounted for.
Client invoices are automatically sent to Xero. Once the invoice is marked as reconciled, InsuredHQ will synchronise the payment from Xero so all accounts are balanced across the system.
All transactions are integrated with Xero including new business, endorsements, cancellations and renewals.
If the premium is payable by instalments, InsuredHQ will create the instalments automatically when they fall due and send them to Xero. This ensures accuracy of the accounts receivable.
All subsequent creditor instalments are managed in the same way.
Creditor accounts can either be sent by individual invoice or via bulk bordereau payment.
Once the invoice or bordereau has been reconciled, InsuredHQ will synchronise the payment from Xero so all accounts are balanced across the system.
This process saves a considerable amount of time in the accounts/reconciliation process.
Integrations with other accounting software packages can be completed provided there is access to an API (application programming interface)
